Objectives of the Organization

The Objectives of MOKSACVPR are:

  • Promoting excellence in delivery of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programming that meets the highest quality of current evidence-based standards and guidelines.
  • Providing superior continuing education opportunities for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation professionals.
  • Representing Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation interests at the local, state, regional, and national level.
  • Providing networking opportunities for healthcare professionals working in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
  • Providing relevant and valuable information and resources specific to Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services.
  • Facilitating communication among healthcare professionals working in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
  • To support the efforts of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) and other organizations having professional interests similar to that of MOKSACVPR.
  • Partnering with other like-minded healthcare and professional organizations in promotion of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
  • Increasing awareness of related healthcare and Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services throughout Missouri and Kansas.
