Board Members:

Present:  Leann Dickson, Debbie Dorshorst, Jan, Foresman, Carol Frazee, Amy Choitz, Susan Hansen, Debbie Hilton, Carolyn Beard, Chuck Kitchen, Snizhana Hostyanska, Val Kirby

Proceedings:

  • Meeting called to order at 7:0e a.m. by President Leann Dickson

Agenda:

  • Carolyn reviewed MOKSACVPR/AACVPR Joint Membership Timeline (see attached).  Andrew Miller and Megan Cohen on call. 
  • The MOKSACVPR board would like for a representative from AACVPR attend the spring conference to review Joint Membership without financial assistance from MOKSACVPR, Megan and Adam will review and get back to us. 
  • MOKSACVPR board approve motion to go forward with a contract for AACVPR/MOKSACVPR Joint Affiliation
  • Approval of December 2014 meeting minutes-approved as submitted
  • Treasurer’s Report(Susan Hansen) – approved as submitted
    • Checking account balance 1.8.15 $14,698.94
    • Money Market balance 1.8.15 $24,770.11
    • Board approved payment of $634.35 for website maintenance for upcoming year.
    • Board approved purchase of stamps for Carolyn and Susan

Committee Reports:

        Education – Chuck and Debbie:

  • Speaker information is coming in, if you personally contacted a speaker can you contact them again and ask them to send their bio to Carolyn or Debbie Hilton
  • CCRP exam will be Friday Evening 4/17 (during Spring MOKACVPR meeting).  Leann will check for additional information and advertising

       Website –Carol

  • Carol will update the website with “new” membership information

        Newsletter – Jan

  • Will continue to send web blast ad needed

         

        Standards & Issues – Val

  • DOTH-Amy and Val to attend, will try to schedule meeting with Senator Moran

        Certification –Debbie D.

  • No ne updates

           

        Membership – Carolyn

  • No new information

               

       Nominations – Amy

  • No new information

Old Business   

  • Boston Market gift certificate has been delivered, check MOKSACVP website for photo
  • Strategic Planning meeting February 6, Jan Foresman, will be our hostess, Val Kirby will be unable to attend.
