Committee Reports:

- Financial Report:
- Bank reports: Savings-$13,043.47 Checking–$20,402.20
- Will transfer funds to savings to bring back to $15,000
- Amy will send check to Tricia from AACVPR joint affiliate memberships
- Membership numbers increased this year
- Finalizing 2019-20 budget and 2020-21 proposed budget

2020 Conference
- Speakers
- Speakers have met deadlines so far (Tedd is still working with one)
- Objectives are coming in

- At this time, we only have 2 platinum vendors. We can adjust agenda if needed
- Approximately $5200 in sponsorships
- Hotel / Social
- Hilton Garden Inn is booked on previously blocked rooms. Tedd is working on getting more

- Early bird registration is over

- Graceland donated bags
- Board reviewed options for notebooks and made a motion to purchase 500 count of the “Pebble Grain” portfolios at $5.40 /ea.—motion passed unanimously
- Tedd will work on submitting logo for embossing (additional $50)
Summer Workshop—proposal passed unanimously
- Topic: Certification
- When / Where: July 10, 2020 at North Kansas City Hospital (Tedd checking on)
- Pricing: $65 member, $75 non-member
- Speaker: Susie Mathis (will not be covered by AACVPR)
- Will send postcard vs. brochure
2021 Conference
- April 23-24
- Graceland has been reserved
- Work on Save the Dates
- Communications—Tedd Walsh
- Blasts sent out for early bird registration
- May need to address Coronavirus issues closer to date
- Wrong address was printed for hotel on the Save the Date cards

- KS—3 appts, did receive some push back wanting “bigger ask”
- Possibility of opening up invites to MOKS members, not just board for 2021
